Our easy peasy, money-saving Gluten-Free No Bake Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Granola Bars! All you need is a few simple natural ingredients, and you can make your own chewy gluten-free granola bars that the family will love!
In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, pure vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
Add the quick oats and mini chocolate chips. Stir until fully combined.
Press the granola mixture firmly into the pan.
Chill for at least one hour.
Cut into 12 equal bars.
