Soup Dumplings / Noodles
Gluten-Free Soup Dumplings
Ingredients
- ½ cup Mehl's Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp baking powder for a softer larger dumpling (Optional)
- your favorite seasonings (Optional)
Instructions

Place all ingredients into mixing bowl. Mix until well blended.

Use a small spoon or scoop to place dough into boiling soup or stew.

Once all dough has been placed into pan, reduce heat, cover and simmer for ten to fifteen minutes.
Recipe Notes
Add an extra 2 TBPS of flour and roll dough into thin strips and make into fresh pasta like noodles or roll into a gnocchi like noodle.

I apologize for the near one month delay. We just switched our website and I am learning how to moderate. We do have customers that use the flour and their own recipe and make knoephla soup. We don’t have our own recipe for it and don’t make it here at this point.
