You can easily adjust this recipe to your preferred hotness level or skip ingredients that you or your kids don't care for.
Drain any excessive fat when finished.
Add the beans, jalapeño water, tomato sauce, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, sweet basil, sugar and flour.
Stir well and simmer for a half an hour to an hour, stirring occasionally to prevent any burning.
Remove from heat and make your favorite style of taco!
