A classic English favorite, scones are a staple breakfast and appetizer treat folks have been enjoying for centuries now. We're pleased to bring you a gluten-free version of the traditional English scone developing using our own Mehl's Gluten-Free Flour!
Place chunks of frozen butter (or margarine or shortening) onto top of mixed dry ingredients. Use your hands to work in the butter.
Let cool and enjoy!
Add chocolate chip, raisins, a teaspoon of cinnamon, walnuts or almonds, hazelnuts or your favorites
Add sliced strawberry and whipped cream, bananas and whipped cream, whipped cream and chocolate spreads, or your favorite topping(s)
