Bread gone Gluten-Free that's sure to please
Servings 2 loaves
- 2 3/4 cups Mehl's Gluten-Free All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1 1/2 Water
- 3 Large Egg Whites
- 1 3/4 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Psyllium
- 1 Packet Yeast .25 oz
Heat your water to 110° - 120° F.
Add your liquid ingredients to your mixing bowl.
Add your dry ingredients to your mixing bowl.
Mix dough until smooth and creamy.
Pour your dour into two (2) well-greased, high-sided 9 x 5 pans.
Set aside for 30 - 40 minutes to allow for proofing.
Bakes loaves at 350° F.
Allow the bread to cool in the oven to room temperature before removing them to help prevent your bread from collapsing.
- Water that is too hot or too cold will effect the rise of the bread
