Bread gone Gluten-Free that's sure to please

Servings 2 loaves



  1. Heat your water to 110° - 120° F.

  2. Add your liquid ingredients to your mixing bowl.

  3. Add your dry ingredients to your mixing bowl.

  4. Mix dough until smooth and creamy.

  5. Pour your dour into two (2) well-greased, high-sided 9 x 5 pans.

  6. Set aside for 30 - 40 minutes to allow for proofing.

  7. Bakes loaves at 350° F.

  8. Allow the bread to cool in the oven to room temperature before removing them to help prevent your bread from collapsing.

  9. Enjoy!
