Chocolate Mug Cake
Chocolate Mug Cake for those late night chocolate cravings. This quick and easy recipe take minutes to make an amazingly moist and rich single serving chocolate dessert!
- 1/4 Cup Mehl's Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 3 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Coconut or Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1-2 Tbsp Chocolate Chips
In large 12-ounce microwave-safe coffee mug whisk together gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, and cinnamon.
Whisk in the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and water until all ingredients are combined and the batter is smooth.
Sprinkle the top of the batter with the chocolate chips.
Microwave mug cake for 70 seconds on high. Please watch your microwave, everyone's microwave is a little different and cooking time may vary slightly.
Carefully remove from the microwave and enjoy the cake! Let the cake cool for 1 to 2 minutes before eating.
