Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies
Gluten-Free Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies
A unique twist on ordinary chocolate chip cookies.
Servings 4 dozen cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 3/4 cups Mehl's Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel chips Butter Scotch or more Chocolate Chips works too!
Instructions

Cream together butter and sugars.

Beat in eggs.

Mix in baking soda, salt, vanilla, and flour.

Add in chips.

Drop by teaspoonfuls on un-greased baking sheet.

Bake at 375° for 9-10 minutes.
