Gluten-Free Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Mehl's Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg well beaten
- 1/4 cup melted butter or oil
- 1 banana mashed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Sift dry ingredients and then add the remaining ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.

Fill cupcake tins 2/3 full.

Bake at 400° F for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
