Gluten-Free Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Mehl's Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg well beaten
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or oil
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Sift dry ingredients and then add the remaining ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
  2. Fill cupcake tins 2/3 full.
  3. Bake at 400° F for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
