Gluten-Free Drop Doughnuts
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 cups Mehl's Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- oil for frying
- sugar or powdered sugar optional
Instructions

Mix and drop by teaspoon into hot oil or deep fat fryer.

Roll in powder or regular sugar, if desired.
