Gluten-Free Drop Doughnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 cups Mehl's Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • oil for frying
  • sugar or powdered sugar optional

Instructions

  1. Mix and drop by teaspoon into hot oil or deep fat fryer.

  2. Roll in powder or regular sugar, if desired.
