Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie & Berry Flag

This dessert is sure to set off fireworks at the big celebration!

Ingredients

Cookie Crust:

Topping:

  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • blueberries
  • strawberries halved

Instructions

Cookie Base:

  1. Mix cookie crust as directed on the package.

    Press into a 9x13 cookie sheet.

  2. Bake at 375° F for 12-15 minutes.

    Cool for 30 minutes.

Topping:

  1. Whip together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy, spread over cooled cookie crust. 
  2. Top with blueberries and strawberries in the shape of a flag. 

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
