This dessert is sure to set off fireworks at the big celebration! With Mehl’s Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie Mix and some creativity, you can create your own piece of holiday fun and ignite some patriotic spirit at this year’s gathering.
Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie & Berry Flag
This dessert is sure to set off fireworks at the big celebration!
Ingredients
Cookie Crust:
- 1 package Mehl's Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie Mix
Topping:
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- blueberries
- strawberries halved
Instructions
Cookie Base:

Mix cookie crust as directed on the package.
Press into a 9x13 cookie sheet.

Bake at 375° F for 12-15 minutes.
Cool for 30 minutes.
Topping:

Whip together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy, spread over cooled cookie crust.

Top with blueberries and strawberries in the shape of a flag.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
